At Kitab Nagri, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains the rules and process for returning hard copy novels ordered from kitabnagri.com.pk and getting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
2. Conditions Your Return Must Meet
For a return to be accepted, the novel must be:
- In unused, original condition
- Free of any damage, stains, or writing
- Packed in its original packaging (where applicable)
Books that appear used, marked, or damaged due to mishandling by the customer will not qualify for a return or refund.
3. Steps to Start a Return
To begin a return, reach out to us via our Contact Us page within the 7-day window. Please mention your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will respond with the next steps.
4. Who Pays for Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Kitab Nagri does not cover the courier charges for sending the item back.
- Please use a trustworthy courier and hold on to your receipt until the return is confirmed on our end.
5. Refund Process
- After we receive and check the returned book, we'll inform you whether the refund is approved or declined.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be sent through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer, based on what's convenient for you.
- Delivery charges paid at the time of order are not refundable.
6. Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and attach photos of the item. In these cases, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping may be covered by us.
7. What Cannot Be Returned
- Free PDF downloads and online reading content, since these are offered at no cost.
- Any book that was clearly labeled as non-returnable at checkout.
